 For those doing the Time Trials this year, I recommend adopting a
warmup routine. Ideally, one should be warmed up and have a high
heart rate before beginning the Time Trial. As you know, riders start
at least 1 minute apart and no drafting is allowed. A shorter time
trial like Wooden Bridges warrants a longer warmup.
